| Encryption is the process of changing data into a form
that can be read only by the intended receiver. AES stands for Advanced Encryption Standard. AES is a
symmetric key encryption technique which is becoming more popular than that of the commonly used Data
Encryption Standard (DES).

| File Transfer Protocol. A standard method for sending
files from one computer to another on TCP/IP networks such as the Internet. FTP is also the name of
the command used to initiate transfer of files.

| You can send the log file via e-mail. You can
also set an option to send the log file with an e-mail only when errors occurs.
|
|
| Preview feature lets you see which files are going to be
copied where before actually running the profile, by means of the directional arrows. You can also see
the total number of files to be copied and the amount of data to be copied.

|
| You can set the profile to run as files change. Second Copy
would monitor the source folder for any changes, as soon as a file is changed at the source Second Copy would
start the profile to copy the changes.
